I just finished my second year of college, working towards a degree in special education. I would love to be selected to care for your children. I have had regular babysitting jobs (several days a week for 4+ hours a day) for the past 6 years, watching anywhere from 1-5 children at a time. I love to interact and play with the children I am watching. I encourage imaginative play and outdoor play as much as possible (although I'm a huge fan of Disney movies, so some screen time is good too!) I am honest, responsible and reliable. I am comfortable working with newborns and children with special needs as well. As of February 2025, I only have availability on Mondays and Saturdays. I am not available for recurring jobs. Brooklyn is a godsend! She is the first nanny I have ever hired so can imagine I was nervous. Right away I knew she was someone special. She has been watching my 7 mo old for 4 months now. She is so attentive to him. He smiles every time he sees her walk through the door. Brooklyn brings sweet little gifts for him (which is so over and beyond anything I could ever ask for!) ; she also has a very wise way of knowing when to check in with me and make sure I am comfortable vs give me space to do my work. I wish I could have her as part of our family forever and ever.
