My name is Regina. I'm semi-retired and looking to help on occasion when someone needs a little help. I have worked with vulnerable populations for decades in two different careers. I know how important it is to have someone you can trust and rely on when caring for a loved one. I'd describe my personality as friendly, trustworthy, and dependable. I like caring for seniors because we all need help from time to time. I'm looking to assist others that need the occasional helper or to give caretakers a break. In my spare time, I like to play pickleball, take water aerobics class, play board games, or enjoy quiet time just reading. One thing you should know about me is that I am honest and reliable. My skills include strong communication, good time management, and I am a problem solver.
