I am passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through personalized support. For the past two years, I've created engaging and patient learning environments where students thrive. I actively listen to understand individual learning styles and adapt my teaching methods using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and break down complex problems into manageable steps. Open communication with students and parents is essential for understanding needs and setting clear expectations. As a certified teacher with experience in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and student accommodation plans (504), I celebrate "aha!" moments and growing confidence. Math, test preparation, and computers are among my favorite subjects to tutor for middle and high school students. I have a graduate degree and can tutor at your home, my home, online, the library, or a coffee shop. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
