Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. With two years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I've learned the value of patience and empathy. I am passionate about promoting well-being and independence through respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. My graduate studies have further equipped me with skills to adapt to changing routines and handle challenging situations, including confusion or agitation. I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through verbal updates and regular check-ins, always following their preferred method. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have a car, and am comfortable with pets.
