About Rebecca

I cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough!! We were in town for an important wedding and our family friend who was going to be our childcare fell ill at the last minute. I found Rebecca through care.com just two days prior to the events and despite the last minute nature of the job, she took it as seriously as if it were a long term position. She was caring for a seven year-old and 15 month-old and was INCREDIBLE with both. This was for a four hour time one evening and a nine hour time the second evening. She arrived on time (early actually) and was immediately able to connect and engage with both children. She had taken detailed notes from our phone conversation about their schedules, preferences, and bedtimes, which she followed diligently. On the second day, she brought coloring activities for the seven year-old (who was very excited to see her for another evening). She sent me regular updates with photos of how everything was going, which allowed us to fully enjoy the wedding festivities without any stress. She also kept our place tidy, even doing the dishes. I only wish that she lived in our city so that we could hire her full time!!
