Certified teacher of 21+ years specializing in middle school language arts, reading & social studies. Ability to work with students at all levels, including 8 years of gifted education and remedial reading. Familiarity of home school curriculum. During the 2020/2021 school year I will be homeschooling my 6th and 8th grade sons. I am open to hosting a small cluster of students at my house or via distance learning (weekly schedules and once a week visits). I will be using the following curriculum: Math Science: Apologia Physical Science (8th grade) LA: Easy Grammar, Wordly Wise, monthly book reports, and essays SS: A History of US There will be some flexibility of learning schedules and requirements as they relate to student interests.
