Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me. I have a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. I have experience in ER, ICU and PACU. I stayed home with my children for 11 years to homeschool them. Now they are in college. My recent nursing has been in Family Practice for two years, I currently help carefor an adult male with a TBI, as needed. I also have 6 months experience as a hospice nurse. I am skilled in light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am also trained in BLS, basic life support. My approach involves understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I handle confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes with patience and kindness. I keep families informed according to their preference. I became a caregiver to support families and offer reliable care.
