My passion for healthcare comes from a very personal place-my grandmother lived with my family for three years after suffering a severe stroke that left her bed bound. I cared for her every day, helping with her needs and making sure she felt supported and loved. That experience taught me patience, responsibility, and compassion, and it showed me how important it is to treat people with dignity when they are at their most vulnerable.
