About Ray

My name is Ray I hold a BSc in chemical engineering and an MSc in software engineering from San Jose State University. I have been playing the violin for over 21 years. Played in various ensembles, taught music for years, and took many courses, master classes and workshops in violin playing, music theory, sight reading, ear training, harmony, form and counter point. Have been practicing boxing for 11 years. I can teach fundamentals boxing, self-defense training. I have taken classes in energy healing, meditation, and hypnosis as well. I also worked as a high school chemistry teacher. I'm dependable, respectful, and flexible, focused on creating a safe and engaging environment for kids. I can drive, help with daily routines, cook healthy meals, and keep kids active through sports like soccer and basketball. I also offer tutoring in music, math, physics, chemistry, programming, mindfulness, and self-defense. I value respect and communication.
