About Rayla

I have worked with families independently and also for daycares/early child care centers. I am empathetic, responsible, and understanding! I believe in working with children as opposed to working against them through learning and interactive activities. I began working with children when I was 18 years old, and have been in and out of the industry since then. It is something I though roughly enjoy. I am naturally a playful person, when I babysit I love doing outdoor activities and some form of engaging activities such as puzzles, arts & crafts, or whatever the child I'm with is into currently! I love toys so I am easily adaptable to each kids personal interest.
