About Raquel

Hello! I am a Pediatric CNA, and I'm trained in PALS, Pediatric CPR, and pediatric First Aid with experience as a teacher assistant in a daycare setting. I am actively seeking hands-on experience supporting both well and medically fragile children in home settings, providing patient, attentive care while keeping kids safe, comfortable, and engaged throughout the day. For medically fragile children, I am confident following care plans, assisting with daily routines, watching closely for changes, and creating a calm, positive environment where children can thrive! For well children I provide age appropriate activities involving imaginative play that strengthens their social, emotional and physical development in an environment that is supportive and individualized to the child's needs. I am comfortable preparing light meals and healthy snacks. Safety is prioritized for all children without compromising on active engagement and learning!
