About Alexa

Nurturing young minds and supporting families is my passion. For the past three years, I've had the joy of caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens. I am comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. I currently work with children on the autism spectrum and have experience supporting diverse developmental needs using patience, structure, and positive reinforcement. My approach is calm, imaginative, and nurturing, and I enjoy engaging children through outdoor play, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable following your lead when it comes to household rules, routines, and communication preferences. I've completed some college coursework, including Early Child Development coursework, and I am CPR certified. I'm happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I look forward to the opportunity to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for your children.
