About Christy

For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to nurturing children's development and providing families with dependable care. My graduate degree, coupled with Early Child Development coursework, has equipped me with a strong foundation. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children across various age groups, from infants to teenagers. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy engaging children with outdoor activities, educational activities, culinary skills, and extra curricular experiences from hiking trips, visits to zoos, museums, libraries, humane societies, and other. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, etc. Communication with parents is key; I provide daily reports and adapt to your preferred method. I am certified in First Aid and CPR Training, and have experience with ADHD, Autism, Diabetes, and COPD. I do travel for families and when I'm on trips, so if you see my location has changed it's usually due to me staying in another state.
