Raquel took care of our 91 yo father who suffered from dementia and end stage cardiovascular disease. She was reliable and consistent. He was always so thrilled to see her. She always made him feel so special and would take him out for a milkshake after all his dr Apptmts. I love out of state and needed her to be my eyes and ears on his welfare in his assisted living memory care facility. She communicated with me daily on his mood his health and what activities they did each day. She would send pictures and little videos. She is priceless!!!
