About Lauren

Hello, my name is Lauren . I am a Professional Registered Nurse with over 30 years of clinical bedside care experience working with both adults and children in hospitals and at home. The last job I had working with elderly patients was in an Adult Home part time as a Medication Technician in New York in 2019. Many of these adults had Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. I am more recently working with elderly clients, through care. com, providing companion care and sometimes personal care including, assistance with bathing, feeding, and taking to doctors' appointments. I currently also work part time at a day care center for children with special needs and chronic illnesses. I am looking for extra work with an elderly person who needs my companionship and/or personal assistance. Along with my skills, I am kind, compassionate, and a great listener.
