Randi nannied for my 3.5 year old daughter and 1 year old son the summer of 2024 and she was simply *amazing.* I only had to tell her things 1 time and she got them down and didn’t need to be asked/told again. After I told her once, she knew exactly what I wanted her to feed them, what not to, diaper changes / bathroom needs, behavior requests, clothing, playing, etc. When in doubt, she would ask me, and they were always well thought out questions that I appreciated her asking. I 10000% trusted my children in her care. My daughter still talks about Randi and asks when she can see her again. Randi has babysat on occasion for us since then when she was available during school. She is a kind and calm soul, just the exact energy you want as a parent for your kids. I can’t recommend her enough! We love Randi!
