I have had 3 years as a paraprofessional/behavior tech in various classroom setting including moderate, intensive, and general education. I provided positive behavior support with positive reinforcement. I used various interventions to support desired behavior and reduce undesired behavior. I also taught as a special education teacher in a moderate classroom for 1 year. I love working with individuals with disabilities and giving them freedom to be themselves, while providing structure for growth.
