Cristal is patient, compassionate, and has been giving exceptional care to our two children for several months now. One of them has special needs that can result in severe behavioral disturbances, but as soon as she sees Cristal she calms down and is nothing but smiles. My toddler has literally tried to jump out of my arms into Cristal's as soon as she walked in the door! I highly recommend her.
