About Rainen

Although most of my experience caring for elderly people comes from helping my own family members, it has taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of good communication. As a licensed phlebotomist, I've learned to work carefully and respectfully with patients of all ages. Assisting my older relatives with daily routines and medical needs has given me a better understanding of how to support their comfort and dignity. These experiences have inspired me to continue learning and gaining professional experience in elderly care, where I can combine my medical skills with empathy and a desire to help others.
