I am a holistic therapist and Life Coach with international certification. My mission is to help people improve their well-being, using the tools and knowledge I have acquired over the years. Throughout my career, I have learned to connect with the emotional and physical needs of others, which has allowed me to offer effective support in various contexts. I have more than 4 years of experience as a caregiver for both children and the elderly, providing personalized and empathetic care. My approach focuses on creating a safe, loving and stimulating environment, where each person can feel supported and understood. I enjoy working in spaces where I can promote the physical, emotional and mental well-being of those who care, adapting my care to the specific needs of each individual. I firmly believe in the importance of listening and understanding, and my training as a Life Coach allows me to comprehensively accompany those who trust me.
