About Rainbow

I am passionate about education and providing person centered care. I have experience as a preschool teacher and have provided in home childcare for children from newborns to high school ages. I have raised 3 neurodivergent children of my own and over 10 years of experience working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities and their families. In addition, I have experience as a Level 3 special education paraprofessional with elementary aged children. I have over 17 years of home management experience. I incorporate the fundamentals of Montessori and STEM into my daily childcare services. As my references will show I bring positivity, hard work, and creativity to every team I join. I understand firsthand that family members need to know that their loved ones are receiving the absolute best in care and education.
