Nurturing children comes naturally to me, and I have 20 years of experience caring for children aged 0-11. My previous babysitting roles solidified my desire to positively impact young lives, so I approach each day with patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor. I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I have some college education, First Aid Training, and CPR Training. I also have experience with special needs children. I'm happy to prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and travel with your family. To keep you informed, I provide daily written reports, offer verbal updates at pickup, and send regular texts. We used Rahila as a daytime nanny and night nurse from when our son was 3 months old to approximately 9 months old. Now we still use her for occasional babysitting. Rahila is experienced with babies, and efficient at completing tasks assigned. We also found her to be personable and easy to work with. Would recommend her to other families, especially those looking for nanny assistance in babies first 12 months. 

Rahila worked with us as a night nurse and daytime nanny while my wife and I worked from home. Rahila was great with our son (he always lit up when she came in the morning!) and helpful around the house. On a personal level, Rahila’s very nice and fun to talk to and hilarious! We’ll miss seeing her (almost) every day! I would highly recommend Rahila for both night and daytime roles. 

Rahila started with us caring for our newborn at night and has since been an extremely reliable and trustworthy babysitter for both our kids.  She’s been with us for several years now and she’s been fabulous!  Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Rahila nannied for my son O. in 2024, from 4.5 months to nearly 9 months old. She is very kind and has a lot of experience with babies. She took O. on multiple walks a day since he loves being outside. She even helped us with sleep training when he was fighting all his naps. Rahila is a loving woman! She started watching my daughter when she was 5 months old, I was very nervous to have anyone caring for her other than me but she did a great job! She cares about the kids she watches like they are her own.

Rahila's positive energy and pleasant personality have been wonderful for our family, and she is very caring for our daughter, who is 2.5. I know her preference is babies, ages 0-1, but she is great with the toddler age too. Safety is a priority for her, she is skilled with navigating nap time shenanigans, and she always makes sure our daughter eats, drinks, and sleeps on schedule. She is an excellent childcare provider.

Rahila, nannied for us and took care of our new born daughter and she was great! She was punctual and showed so much love to our baby. She was responsible, caring and generous. We would definitely recommend her!

Rahila is a very dependable caretaker for our now 7 month old. She took care of our daughter for the past 3 months. During that time she read to our daughter, took her on walks, feed her via bottle with ease (which is not an easy feat), and helped us start solid food. She was flexible and was able to adjust schedule on few occasions when I had important work meetings/deadlines. My daughter truly loved Rahila and we are so happy she was part of our lives even if it was short amount time. We have now moved out of the area but would recommended her as trustworthy person to leave your child with.

Rahila was wonderful with our baby starting at 3 months old. When schools closed in March she adapted and took great care of our son (9) and daughter (5) as well. She is kind and loves to laugh, enjoyed walking with the kids outside, and took care of keeping the house tidy despite all the kid chaos! Rahila would be a great addition and assistance to any family.

Obviously hiring a nanny to care for your child is one of the biggest decisions you'll make as a parent. 
 Naturally my husband and I were nervous about that process but from the moment I met Rahila I absolutely LOVED her.  She has been the BEST addition to our family.  We are so thankful for the incredible care and love she gives our daughter everyday.  Rahila has cared for our baby since she was 8 weeks old and she loves her like her own.  Rahila gives me daily feedback, takes directions well and is very respectful of parenting choices (ex: eat wake sleep) and routines we wanted for our daughter.  She is focused on the well being of our daughter and ensures she eats/sleeps/ plays appropriating.  Being new, first time parents, Rahila's experience was really important to us.  Babies are so challenging and change daily and Rahila has been so helpful and supportive.  If we have more kids in the future, Rahila will be the first to know so I can make sure she is available for round 2 :)

I interviewed Rahila and she was lovely. I called her reference who raves about her and said "I mean she's the best. She's charming. Your kid will fall in love with her. I can't say enough good things." The only reason I didn't hire for this job was a strong personal rec for someone that lived closer to us. I am keeping her on my list for future list. She seems awesome.

Rahila cares for my 16 month old every week. She's patient, energetic and her genuine love of caring for children shows through. She's always on time. Can't recommend her highly enough. 

Rahila has been caring for our 13 month old son since April this year, when we had to unexpectedly pull him from daycare due to a medical issue. Rahila has been amazing with our son and he has thrived under her care.  She is patient and attentive, and truly enjoys spending time with children. She is always smiling and has positive disposition that makes her a pleasure to be around.

She has also occasionally looked after both our boys (1) and (4).
