Hi families! My name is Rafaella, and I'm an experienced nanny with 10+ years of childcare experience caring for children from newborns to teenagers. I'm reliable, warm, organized, and highly experienced managing busy family routines independently. I have experience with newborn care, toddlers, school-age children, overnight care, school transportation, extracurricular activities, and developmental play. I have a creative background in Advertising and Fashion, and I love incorporating arts & crafts, outdoor activities, library visits, museums, and creative play into children's routines. I also enjoy fostering bilingual environments and can teach Portuguese naturally through everyday interaction. CPR and First Aid trained, safe and reliable driver, and comfortable caring for multiple children simultaneously.
