About Rafaela

My experience with senior care has been both meaningful and transformative. Over the past few years, I have learned so much from caring for the elderly. Working as a caregiver has taught me not only to assist with daily tasks but also to understand the emotional and social needs that are often as important as physical care. In my work, I handle responsibilities such as helping with personal hygiene, preparing nutritious meals, organizing medications, and accompanying them to medical appointments. Additionally, I believe that building a relationship and engaging in daily conversations are essential parts of caregiving. English is my second language, and the opportunity to communicate and exchange experiences with seniors has helped me greatly in improving my skills and confidence. I make it a point to listen to their stories, show interest in their hobbies, and create a supportive, respectful environment.
