About Rae

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With a college degree and a year of experience, I specialize in Math, Science, Art, and Special Education for elementary through high school students. My approach centers on building confidence and critical thinking rather than just memorization. I adapt my methods by observing how kids interact with new material, using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to make complex topics manageable. I believe clear communication with families is essential to foster a supportive, collaborative environment. Whether we meet online or in person, I find the greatest joy in witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. I am CPR certified and First Aid certified, and I truly look forward to helping you or your child discover a genuine love for learning.
