About Raechelle

Hi! I'm a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate caregiver. I come from a large family, so caring for children has always felt natural to me. I'm a current Division I volleyball player, bringing strong leadership, responsibility, and patience into every role. I currently volunteer in elementary schools, working closely with students in a first-grade classroom, and I am pursuing a special education major with elementary certification, which helps me support children with diverse learning needs. I have experience with preteens and younger children, including teaching and coaching volleyball for kids ages 4-6. I'm known for my kindness, empathy, and ability to connect quickly with kids, creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment. Whether helping with homework, playtime, or routines, I'm someone families can truly trust.
