Empowering students to reach their full potential through personalized support has been my professional focus for over a decade. I hold advance degree from Harvard University and Yale University with a JD & MBAand maintain certifications in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). My approach centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I actively adapt my methods, ranging from visual aids to interactive discussions, based on how you engage with new material. When concepts become challenging, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success. I believe clear, consistent communication with both students and parents is essential for building a collaborative environment. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work.
