About Rachel

Originally a Jersey girl, since graduating college I've bounced around between states with the goal of hiking as much as possible and now currently reside in Bend with my pup. Besides having a degree in education, I've held a variety of jobs in childcare positions. Growing up, I was my neighborhoods go-to babysitter. Throughout college, I was a soccer coach for boys/girls ages 5-16 and hosted birthday parties at a local candy store. After college, I became the Kids Program Manager at a dude ranch in Northern Idaho where I guided both kids and their families on adventures like horseback riding, archery, skeet shooting, kayaking, rock climbing and more. I'm CPR/First Aid Certified, Wilderness First Responder Certified and am also able to provide multi-content tutoring for children of any age (although English is definitely my fav). If you need someone to watch movies with your kiddos or motivate them off the couch, I'm your gal! Happy to provide references or answer any questions.
