I have been working with kids of all ages since I was 13 years old and plan to become an elementary school teacher after college. I volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Western Washington and the Grays Harbor Challenger Baseball Program working with disabled children. I'm very creative and love anything to do with art, crafts, music, dancing, etc. I currently work as a lifeguard and swim lessons instructor at the YMCA of Grays Harbor. Because of this, I have experience with water safety, watching/teaching kids to swim, and am certified in First Aid and CPR. I am also certified for Basic Life Support and have completed a CNA course and am currently in the process of getting State certified. With the Girl Scouts, I was a camp counselor for 4 years and now attend as a chaperone.
