About Rachel

Hello! I am an experienced childcare provider with a passion for helping children grow and thrive. I've worked with children of all ages in roles such as Childcare Director, Pre-K Teacher, and Teaching Assistant at a school for children with autism. I've also led a literacy-based afterschool program for elementary students and served as a camp counselor for a camp for students with disabilities. I love engaging children in hands-on activities that promote their development-whether it's through creative play, arts and crafts, or structured activities and routines. I also enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors with children, from nature walks and playground time to games that encourage movement and exploration. I'm currently looking for a position with a family I can grow with long-term. I'm flexible, dependable, and here to support your family however I can.
