About Kelly

I think young children are capable of incredible things, if you let them try. I love to get messy with the kids, whether it's playing in the muddy rain or letting them mix the cake all by themselves. I love a good routine, it helps calm little nervous systems and sets expectations ahead of time. I started working with my first long term family in 2021. I've worked in two daycares, and all age groups since. I've organized activities for my largest school age class of 35, but I can appreciate the first steps of my small families I've worked with. I decided I want to come back to working with individual families. I want to be able to give the kids my full attention, and be able to see the parents at the end of the day and talk about their achievements, rather than a rushed "Bye! Yup Perogies for lunch, don't forget tomorrow is paint day!"
