About Rachel

I'm excited to offer dependable, compassionate care for families in need. I originally went to school to become a teacher and earned my associate's degree in Liberal Studies, where I developed a foundation in child development and education. While my career path took me into Human Resources in 2020, I've always had a heart for working with children. During college, I cared for three children as a nanny for two years, which gave me experience balancing fun, safety, and structure. I loved building a bond with the kids and supporting the parents. After being laid off earlier this year, I'm currently seeking new full-time opportunities but in the meantime, I'm returning to something that brings me joy: spending time with children. Whether it's helping with homework, creating fun activities, or just being a reliable, nurturing presence, I truly enjoy helping kids learn and grow. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust, and I take that responsibility seriously
