About Agustina

Hi! I'm Agustina, I'm 24 years old and I have over 4 years of childcare experience, with more than 7, 000 hours caring for children. I've worked with newborns, infants, toddlers, and young children . I worked at two daycare centers where I was responsible for groups of up to 18 children, which gave me strong experience managing multiple kids at once. I'm patient, loving, and very active. I'm experienced with daily routines such as feeding, diaper changes, potty training, bathing, nap and bedtime routines, meal and snack preparation, and keeping play areas clean and organized. I focus on creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment through age appropriate, play based activities that support children's development. I also have training in child development and positive discipline, and I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, happy to introduce Spanish naturally through play, songs, and books if desired.
