Rachel has been an incredible caregiver to my son. She was referred to me through the preschool she works for, and her assistance has been so valuable. He is on the spectrum, which requires high attention to detail, as well as patience during meltdowns. Rachel has this way of connecting with him where she can assist him work himself down from most outbursts, and the patience of a saint when he cannot.
