Ms. Rachel arrived on time to babysit my 13mo whose daycare was closed. Unfortunately our child became ill the day before so I let her know right away in case she wanted to cancel but she came. She listened intently when we went through the "instructions". The baby went down for her nap soon after she arrived but Ms. Rachel sat outside her door to listen out. And while the baby was awake she never looked at her phone and watched her the whole time. They did a variety of activities around the house. The baby seemed to enjoy the time.
