Fostering a child's growth and development is my lifelong passion. With 20 years of experience, I bring a calm, patient presence to every family I support. I hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and have completed extensive early child development coursework. I am fully prepared to handle emergencies with current CPR Training and First Aid Training.

I enjoy engaging children through outdoor sports and educational games that spark curiosity. My role extends to assisting with meal preparation, crafts, and carpooling to keep your routine seamless. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure consistency and structure. I prioritize clear, verbal communication at pickup to keep you fully informed about your child's day. As a trained doula, I offer a nurturing, professional approach to care. I look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your child's journey and watching them thrive.

Francescia was great with our 3 year old boy. Not only was my son beyond taken care of the house was always put together a little better than we left it. We will continue to use her whenever we can. Never late or calls in. You will always be able to depend on her!!! We no longer need someone full time, We will miss seeing her daily! Very trust worthy!!!

OMG, I can't recommend Francisca enough! She has been helping us with our son since he was 3 months old. Our son loves her more than me and I am a-okay with that because it tells me how good she is to my son. She has never called in sick, she has never been late, and I can always depend on Francisca. She even helps us out last minute, which is a huge life saver. Francisca is the only person I trust leaving my son alone with. Francisca has become family to us. My mother passed away two years ago from cancer and this is my first child.  I have no idea what I was doing, but Francisca has been there guiding me and providing support. Francisca always texts checking-in on our son - where are you going to find someone to do that.  In the end, any family would be lucky to have Francisca.  I recommend hiring her immediately because I can tell you from experience you will not find anyone else like her - she is one of a kind :)

Words cannot express the amount of love and trust we have in Francisca taking care of our baby girl. My husband and I are first time parents who work full-time jobs and the thought of leaving our baby after only a few short weeks was heart wrenching. When we first met Francisca, she was confident, reassuring and extremely flexible to accommodate our needs. Every morning, our daughter now lights up when she hears Francisca coming to play/take care of her while we are working. Francisca will take pictures throughout the day and text us frequently to give us updates on how our daughter is doing. Being able to trust Francisca is an understatement to the wonderful care and adoration she gives to our baby girl. She once told us "I take care of her as my own grandchild", and you couldn't as for more. We highly recommend Francisca for any and all your child care needs!

Francisca is amazing!! I hired her for last minute babysitting while I worked on a Saturday. She arrived early, was very friendly and has a lot of experience with kids my daughter's age. She made both me and my husband feel very comfortable leaving our daughter with her. Not only did my 16 month old daughter warm up to her within only a few minutes, she had a great day with her! Francisca texted me updates and pictures of her throughout the day, and even CLEANED for me!! I came home to a clean, happy baby and a spotless home! I am so impressed and so grateful for her help today! I am definitely hiring her again!

Francisca is absolutely amazing! My two girls (2 years/8 months) love being in her care. They are always happy & smiling when they see her. She's always punctual, very clean, responsible & dependable. She keeps the area around the kids clean, does their laundry when needed, & never hesitates to help me with extra duties around the house! Both of my girls are in learning stages & since Francisca has been with us they've reached all physical & academic goals for their ages. My family travels often & bringing Francisca along definitely makes traveling with kids a lot easier. She's become family & like a grandmother to my girls. We really enjoy her & wish we can keep her forever!! :)

My toddler LOVES Francesca! Every time my child sees Francesca there is always clapping and singing from the both of them. I am so thankful I found such a responsible and caring person to watch my little one. My favorite memories are in the  mornings when Francesca comes in my daughter smiles, claps and reaches out to her. When my toddler is resting, Francesca is up around the house helping me with light housework. She is such a blessing to our family and has bee a tremendous help to me. She gets a 5/5  for me because she is: great with children, caring, NEVER LATE, smart, funny, and patient. Francesca has even started getting my child involved in arts and crafts that I get to keep as precious tokens of her child hood. Thank you Francesca!

Francisca has been absolutely wonderful with my children. She's one of the best my family has ever had and my children are better for it. She's dependable, punctual, and very friendly. My kids get excited when they see her and she has developed a strong bond with them! She enjoys singing and reading to them and they are very responsive to her. She is easy to get along with and I trust her with not only my kids but with everything in my house. She's clean and doesn't mind helping out with more than just childcare with things around the house. I highly recommend Francisca for your child or children!

Francesca is one of the best sitter I have ever had.  She is caring, loving, organized and very neat.  My children loves her and my husband and I can trust her with our kids.  We can even travel and leave her with the kids and they will be save with her. We love her so much.  She is one of a kind.

Francisca worked with us for 1 yr. She took care of my son from 7 months to 19 months. She did everything from cook all his meals, laundry, play games with him, read him stories and entertain him. She is very kind, reliable, good hygiene, patient, caring. She helped with small house work and flexible when I needed her to stay a few extra hours. I would highly recommend her and even hire her if we had another baby. She still comes to watch my son when I need on occasions!

She takes great care of my baby twin girls. She is very kind , patient, and extremely reliable! She plays with them, reads to them, helps us with their laundry and makes their food when she's here. I would HIGHLY recommend her. Prior to hiring her I called all of her 5+ references and EVERYONE loves her!
