About Rachel

I have spent the past 10 years working professionally with children with autism and developmental differences, supporting communication, emotional regulation, and daily routines. I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), which means I have extensive training in behavior, child development, and creating supportive environments where kids can succeed. I have experience with a wide range of needs, including helping children navigate big emotions, building independence, and using play to teach important life skills. Outside of my professional work, caring for kids has always been part of my life. I started babysitting as soon as I was old enough and I'm also a very proud, hands-on auntie. I bring both professional expertise and a warm, patient approach to every family I work with. My goal is always to create a safe, structured, and fun environment where children feel supported and parents feel confident their child is in good hands.
