About Rachel

Hi Everyone : ) I have over 10 years of experience caring for and working with children in many contexts and environments, both in the United States and living abroad in the Philippines. I have experience caring for young people of all ages with a preference for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. I also have experience caring for children who are disabled, including children on the autism spectrum. Professionally, I have a background in social work and over 15 years of experience working with children, youth, and young adults, primarily focusing on leadership development, civic engagement, and social justice. I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified. I love spending time with children and genuinely appreciate their ideas and insights. A few interests I can share with your child include art & creative projects, travel, cooking, reading & storytelling, plants & growing things.
