About Rachel

Hi! I'm Rachel, an experienced educator who loves helping children learn and build confidence. I have worked with students from Pre-K through middle school as a long-term substitute teacher, Pre-K teaching assistant, and art educator. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from University and am currently working toward my Texas teaching certification. I offer tutoring in elementary reading, writing, math, social studies, art, homework help, and study skills. Every child learns differently, so I tailor each session to fit their individual needs, strengths, and learning style. My goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, solving problems, and celebrating their progress. I believe learning should be engaging, confidence-building, and fun. I look forward to helping your child succeed!
