About Rachel

Hello! I am an experienced educator with a background as an elementary special education paraprofessional, kindergarten teacher (current occupation), and graduate-level training in elementary education. My passion remains helping children learn, grow, and thrive, while adapting to a wide range of learning styles, abilities, and personalities. Through my dedicated work in multiple schools in the Coulee region, I have developed strong skills in child supervision, positive guidance, compassionate patience, behavior management, individualized support, professional communication, and creating inclusive environments where every child feels safe, valued, and successful. As a La Crosse native, I enjoy planning engaging outings that get children active and connected to our community. I am dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to building positive relationships with children and families.
