About Mikayla

Hi! I'm Kayla, an elementary education major at UW La Crosse with extensive experience caring for children from infants through school age. I've worked as a teacher, assistant teacher, summer camp leader, nursery caregiver, and resident assistant, giving me string skills in child safety, behavior management, communication, and creating fun, engaging activities. I am CPR certified, mandated reporter trained, and experience with supporting all types of children's needs in both structured and play based environments.
