Hi families! My name is Rachel, and I have 5+ years of childcare experience along with backgrounds in housekeeping, pet sitting, and management. I currently work as an Operations Manager in healthcare, where I oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment. My career has helped me become highly dependable, organized, patient, and great at communication and problem-solving. I also have 7+ years of dog sitting experience and am very comfortable caring for pets. I'm a responsible driver with a clean driving history and have been licensed since I was 16. I'm 25 years old, a Wyoming City Schools alumna, and have attended the University of Cincinnati.
