About Rachel

I have been working in childcare for several years and am deeply passionate about my role. I am committed to ensuring children's safety while fostering a fun, engaging, and educational environment. I graduated from McLean High School, where I completed both the Munchkin Program for preschool-aged students and the Early Childhood Development class. These experiences helped shape my foundation in childcare and continue to influence my work today. I recently graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associate of Science degree and have earned a place on the Dean's List every semester. I am currently a senior at George Mason University and an active collegiate member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority. Alongside my studies, I work at a preschool and have extensive experience as both a nanny and a daycare professional. These roles have strengthened my communication skills, patience, and dedication to providing high-quality care for children of all ages.
