About Rachel

Making a positive impact on children's lives is my passion. With two years of experience caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers, I bring a patient, energetic, and friendly approach to childcare. My time at a Bible camp taught me how to connect with kids, keep them entertained with creative activities, and handle different personalities with kindness. I am comfortable caring for up to four children and am skilled in cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I also have been trained on how to deal with emergency situations and how to manage challenges. I prioritize clear communication with parents, following your preferred method to provide regular updates. Enforcing household rules is something I am very comfortable with, using positive reinforcement and clear boundaries. I enjoy playing games that encourage imagination and outdoor exploration.
