Hi my name is Rachel. I have a lifetime of Experience with special needs person's through my best friend aka little sister who was born with cerebral palsy. She has been my greatest teacher of life's lessons on kindness, compassion, strength, and love. I also learned from a very young age how to physically care for another person and allow them choices and dignity in the process. She greatly influenced my choices to go on caring for other people once I retired from my professional career in Crisis and Disaster management. I do this because I love it. I have more than 35 years experience but 10 is the max it would let me put to have a profile.
