Someone who has worked in both the school system and also privately as a nanny and childcare provider that I cannot recommend enough. Rachel is empathetic, energetic, calm under pressure, and an excellent caregiver all around. My three children adore her and I never feel worried about leaving them with her. She takes exceptional care of them and is never overwhelmed, even when it was three under five years old. She is a top-tier choice for families ranging from one to many children as well as children with disabilities and learning difficulties. She is our number one choice every time.
