About Rachel

Hi! My name is Rachel, and I'm a licensed teacher with a degree in Adaptive Special Education from UNC Wilmington. I have several years of experience working with children of all ages, including my current role as a high school special education teacher, one-on-one tutoring, and years of nannying and babysitting. I love helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally, and I create a safe and encouraging environment where they can thrive. I'm patient, attentive, and adaptable to each child's unique needs, and I'm comfortable working with one child or multiple children. I'm happy to help with tutoring, homework, and preparing simple, healthy meals. I'm also creative and enjoy incorporating art, music, and imaginative play. My faith is important to me and shapes how I care for others with kindness and integrity. I would love to support your family!
