About Dylan

Hi! My name is Dylan, and I have over 10 years of childcare experience working with children from infancy through adolescence. My passion is helping children learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment. I currently work as a full-time nanny/teacher for a child with autism and have extensive experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other special needs. I also regularly babysit for local families and volunteer in the children's ministry at a local church, helping care for infants through elementary-aged children. I have classroom teaching experience, but I discovered that my passion is building one-on-one relationships with children and their families. I enjoy creating engaging, educational activities, spending time outdoors, reading, arts and crafts, and encouraging independence through play. I strive to be dependable, patient, organized, and a trusted extension of families I work with. I look forward to finding a wonderful family to grow with!
