Rachel has been my son's nanny for the last 2.5 years. We are moving out of San Francisco and sadly our time with Rachel is coming to an end. She has been a wonderful Nanny for my son and he absolutely loves her. Rachel has been our Nanny through the most difficult of times- COVID! This required an extra level of trust and communication, which came easily given Rachel's overall open and caring demeanor. Rachel kept my son active and engaged in the city during a time when much normal behavior was restricted. She worked diligently to get him comfortable wearing a mask when necessary. She found an outdoor music class for him that was so helpful in his development and interaction with other children. She got him his own library card and they read so many stories. They have also explored most of the parks in the city. I cannot recommend Rachel enough and know that the next family she works with will be very lucky to have such a caring and trustworthy person enter their child's life.
