My name is Rachel and I started as a CNA at the age of 16 to 21, participating in ADLs as well as running errands, cleaning and observing all aspects. Working in nursing homes, hospitals, home health and a live in caregiver. I moved from Indiana to Florida at the age of 21 and has since then moved on to construction cleaning, expanding my horizons and gaining experience in other fields. I previously worked as a manager at an A/C company. Tasks included making sales and setting appts., as well as working with customers and dispatching technicians. I managed an office of 15 employees, 6 of who I demonstrated knowledge and motivation for success . Also securing routes for the other 9 individuals. Since then I have relocated back to Indiana where I am currently looking to work more independently with others as well as accomplishing listed duties. I am flexible and eager to start working. Always looking for improvement to sharpen my skills for better experience.
