About Rachel

I'm a senior graduating in May with my bachelor's degree in Public Health, and I'll be available through August before beginning occupational therapy school. I'm passionate about helping others and committed to providing compassionate, dependable care to older adults. For the past year and a half, I've worked in senior care, where my role has gone far beyond transportation. I've provided companionship, assisted with activities of daily living (ADLs), and supported clients with needs such as mobility assistance, personal care, and emotional reassurance. I also have experience working with individuals living with dementia, cognitive decline, and other health conditions, which has taught me the importance of patience, flexibility, and understanding. I strive to create a safe, comforting environment where clients feel respected, heard, and cared.
